Modelling Leadership with Lasting Impact
- Launched in spring 2016 to train educators in the art and science of cultivating a vibrant learning environment
- Developed based on TWTS curriculum and a series of practical courses including “Classroom Management”, “Education through Art” and “Care for the Special-Education-Need Children”
- Develop leadership and professional skills in teachers as they model for the young people leadership that creates lasting impact
- Environment for educators to feel connected, celebrated, and to fully realise their sense of personal accomplishment in their work
